ROMANIA'S OPPOSITION CHARGES ELECTORAL FRAUD.  The Democratic
Convention , an alliance of 18 centrist parties and organizations,
stated on 1 October that it had "irrefutable proof" of manipulation
of election results in at least one county--Dolj.  The DC said it
would ask prosecutors to annul the election and order a new vote
there. Rompres quoted other instances of possible fraud from the
Prahova and Dimbovita counties, where electoral officers had
reportedly campaigned in the polling stations and spoiled ballots
vanished before they could be verified. Meanwhile, the DC launched
a drive to win the rural vote for Emil Constantinescu, its

Vegtere minden nemzetnek ez az alapveto kerdese.

Ez a tema foglalkoztatja pl. az amerikai kozvelemenyt a Bush-
Clinton dontessel kapcsolatban. Azt tudjuk, hogy Bush Szaddam
diktatorral szemben olyan erovel lepett fel, amilyennel Hitler
diktatorikus hatalma ellen kellett VOLNA fellepni annak idejen.
Clintonrol egyaltalan nem olyan biztos, hogy hasonloan lepett volna
(vagy lepne fel a jovoben) egy ilyen nyilt kihivassal szemben.  Pl. a
Lantolasba is beszervezett Dornan kepviselo immar negyedik este
szavalja az ures teremnek (Lantolast is rogton koveto, azota is
minden este tarto Special Order-jeiben), hogy Clinton a katonai
behivast mindenfele manipulaciokkal "kivedte", majd 70-ben
Moszkvaba "beke-vonatozott", nyalni egyet, Brezsnyevvel szembeni
"joindulatat" kifejezendo, mikozben szovjet MIG-ek amerikai
pilotakat lottek le. Egy ilyen "pacifistara" nem szabad az orszag

Dornan.  Marpedig az USA sem lehet biztos, hogy pl. egy Jelcin utan

telefonon logott Brezsnyevvel ES ELHITTE amit az neki hazudik arrol,
hogy "a Szovjetunionak nincs szandekaban benyomulni
Afganisztanba".  Aki nem adja tanusagat karakternek arrol, hogy
veszely eseten kepes az orszagot megvedeni kulso fenyegetes ELLEN,
arra nemzetek aligha bizzak magukat.  Szent Istvan koronajat csak
az kaphatta, aki a koronazo-dombra felvagtatva a negy egtaj fele
intett kardjaval - kinyilvanitva elszantsagat a barmely iranybol jovo
veszedelem elharitasara.

A romaniai hirek a "valasztasrol", a kolozsvari ujsagiro-veres, a
pozsonyi "pogrom", a vajdasagi szerb-betelepites mind azt a kerdest
vetik fel, hogy a VESZELYEZTETETT MAGYARSAG vajon milyen
vezetesi iranyzat eseten tudja a veszelyeket legjobban elharitani.

A romaniai szavazasok utan most mar csaknem bizonyosan a
diktatorikus berendezkedesu Nagyroman Birodalom politikai vonala
fog kiteljesedni (Moldova bekes bekebelezese nem lehet messze),
Eszakon Meciar Szlovak Diktator, Delen Miloszevics Diktator
(Keleten Kravcsuk Diktatorcsik) van hatalomban.  Vajon milyen
magyar kormany fogja Magyarorszag erdekeit ezekkel SZEMBEN
leghatekonyabban kepviselni? A multrol tudjuk, hogy a kornyezo
orszagok diktatoraival EGYUTT dolgozo "Internacionalista Baratsag"
iranyzata, mely kereteben pl. Kadar (es Lantos, valamint Maxwell)
Ceausescu-nak nyaltak, valamifele "appeasement" politika jegyeben,
es az erdelyi magyarokat "Magyarul beszelo Romanok"-kent Kadar
leirta (a HELYSZINEN !!!, nehogy oket valamifele "otodik hadtestnek"
fogja fel az ottani diktator), valamint Csehszlovakiat 1968-ban a
szovjetekkel "testveri fegyverbaratsagban" megszalltuk, TOKELETES
KATASZTROFA volt.

Az is tudjuk, hogy Grosz "appeasement" attitudje az aradi talalkozon
Ceausescu-val hogyan vezetett Tokesek elleni harc elesedesehez,
majd a Marosvasarhelyi pogromhoz.  Az "appeasement" attitude,
aggresszorral szemben gyengeseget jelezni, nem csak HItlerrel,
Szaddammal, Ceausescuval szemben tokeletes bukas, hanem
tortenelmileg vitathatatlanul KLASSZIKUSAN HIBAS POLITIKA.

Vajon kikbol allo magyar kormany folytatna internacionalista
"appeasement" politikat Diktatorok ellen, es kikbol allo magyar
kormany ervenyesitene kovetkezetesen a MAGYAR ERDEKEKET?

OPEN LETTER TO THE SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE

Mr. Speaker:

  This is a "formal complaint" against the bigotry which
occured on the floor of the House of Representatives this
Wednesday, September of 1992. I am appalled by the action
taken by the following congressmen:

Tom Lantos;	Robert K. Dornan;	David Dreier;
Bob McEwen;	Tom Campbell;		Dana Rohrbacher;
Steven Schiff;	Constance A. Morella;	Christopher Shays;
Dick Swett

  The eyes of the world were on the victory at the conclusion
of WW-II and the defeat of the "Nazi Power". With greatest
satisfaction we have seen the condemnation of the Nazi
atrocities, the denunciation of the "Nazi Holocaust", and the
trials, which were followed by the final Judgements.

 The eyes of the world were on the same victory after the fall
of the "Communist Power". We expect, and we are still
waiting for the condemnation of the Communist atrocities, the
denunciation of the "Communist Holocaust", and we still hope
to see the trials for those responsible for the killings and
violation of human rights of millions under the brutality of the
red banner, hammer and sickle.

 Our representatives should not stand up to condemn those
who cry out for justice. The rhetorics of the House should not
be aimed against the victims of communism! The Members of
the House  should not blame any of the subdued people who for
almost three quarters of a century suffered under the most
cruel and inhumane dictatorship of the history of mankind, for
being too anti communist. We will not tolerate anti Semitism,
but anti Albanism, anti Magyarism, anti Slovenism, anti
Polism etc. is as dangerous as anti Semitism, and should not
be tolerated in the House. Why do these representatives
pretend, that calling for condemnation of communist atrocities
is anything else but anti Communism? Are they trying to
confuse the issues? Do they intend to protect those who
planned the execution of millions of innocent men, women and
children in communist death camps? I gather from their
speeches that we have supporters of "ethnic cleansing" in the
House! Could it be that "Neo-Communism" is on the rise?

  I request a congressional investigation, the condemnation of
the non-democratic action of these representatives, a public
reprimand and a warning.

  The action of these representatives is not compatible with our
constitution, not worthy of our history, and is demeaning to
those who sacrificed their lives for freedom and democracy.

  Cleverly constructed distortion of the facts and false
accusation should not be the agenda of the House. The first
amendment does not give the right to brutalize the most sacred
feelings of others.

Az utobbi idoben kielezodott a vizlepcso-kerdes, igy informacioimat szeret-
nem kozkezre bocsatani. Mirol is van szo tulajdonkeppen?
Az eredeti terv - A valtozat - Dunakilitinel tarozot, Bosnel csucseromuvet
es hajozocsatornat, az eromu arhullamanak megfekezesere pedig Nagymarosnal
gatat tervezett. Az egesz vizlepcso energiatermeles- es hajozascentrikus
volt. Ez a terv a magyar - kornyezetvedelmi alapu - visszalepessel meghiu-
sult, mert Nagymaros lefujasaval nem lehet a Dunan csucseromuvet letrehozni.
Maradt volna a Dunakiliti tarozo - ez hivatott a hajozocsatornat es a bosi
eromuvet vizzel ellatni - es maga az eromu, a csucsrajaratas lehetosege nelkul.
Am a magyarok erdeke a teljes leallitas, a fenti variacio ugyanis csak a Dunakan
yart menti meg, a Szigetkoz kiszaradasat nem forditja vissza - gondolom
ezert huztak a Dunakiliti tarozo munkalatait. A szlovakok ezt atlatva
egyszeruen meghosszabbitottak a felvizcsatornat felfele es olyan helyen ki-
vanjak a folyot elterelni, ahol az teljes egeszeben szlovak teruleten
folyik. Ez a C varians (a B valaho;l elsikkadt illetve ertelmet vesztette).
Ez szamunkra szinten nem jo, mert a Szigetkoz ijesztoen keves vizet kapna
es semmi hasznunk nem lenne a hajoforgalombol, eromubol, stb.
Kevesen tudjak, hogy felvetodott egy D valtozat is, szerintem ez a leg-
szimpatikusabb, olcso is, de persze aldozatokkal jarna szlovak reszrol. Ime:
Elozmenyek: Mint tudjuk, a jelenlegi Oreg-Duna a Szigetkozben mesterseges.
A nagy folyoszabalyozasok soran szuletett, ugy, hogy a fobb agakat ossze-
kotottek, kiegyenesitettek. Igy a viz futasa meggyorsult, tobb hordalekot
szallit, medret bevagja - ez mind egyutt a Szigetkoz lassu szaradasat ered-
menyezte. A folyamat az ausztriai gatak felepulesevel, a Pozsony alatti
kavicskotrasokkal felgyorsult, mert szinte teljesen megszunt a hordalek utanpotl
as. Ezen az allapoton akar segiteni ez a kornyezetbarat valtozat (ha jol tudom
szlovak kornyezetvedok vetettek fel) Ennek erdekeben fel kellene aldozni az
energiatermelest, maradna a hajozout. A Dunan epulne egy gat Dunakilitinel
vagy kicsit feljebb, egy komplett csatornarendszer zsilipekkel a Szigetkoz -
Csallokoz boseges vizellatasara. Ez a rendszer juttatna vizet a hajozoutra es a
hajozsilipekre is. Az elonye? Kivalo adottsagu mezogazdasagi teruletek, a
Duna vizenek rohamos tisztulasa, boseges halallomany a dunai halaszatra, egy
paratlan szepsegu taj idegenforgalomra es genbanknak, telen-nyaron bizton-
sagos hajozas (ha ugyan a Duna-Majna-Rajna csatorna nem megy csodbe).
A hatranya: fel kell adni Bos energiatermeleset es valamilyen alternativ
megoldast keresni a kieso energiara!
Szerintem a D messze a legintelligensebb megoldas es a legkevesbe veszelyes
bar a hivatalos szlovak velemeny felresopri ezt a tervezetet - nem tudok arrol
sem, hogy a magyar kormany foglalkozna vele. Igy hat marad a remenykedes.

Meg tudna valaki a magyarorszagi olvasok kozul mondani vajon vegre
levetitette az ottani TV azt a bizonyos PANORAMA dokumentummusort az
1944-es vajdasagi verengzesrol?

Mint tudjatok, Hankiss sokaig nem engedte azt, mig vegul engedve a
vajdasagi magyar vezetok kovetelesenek, megigerte a vetitest.  Azota sem
