Mashol nem hivatkoznak ilyen pontosan, csak azt irjak, hogy az ide vonatkozo
torvenyek ervenyesek stb.
Szoval programot egy maganszemely semmilyen korulmenyek kozott nem adhat el
hivatalosan.
Ez egyebkent rendkivul felhaborito, hiszen a progit megvetted, akar szet is
szethetned. De nem. Csak licenszet kaptal,
amivel hasznalhatod egy ideig, de semmi extrat nem csinalhatsz vele.
Disassemble, reszek ujrafelhasznalasa stb.

Ez valoban igy van. Viszont ez amiatt van igy, mivel soxor ugyanolyan nevvel
illetnek teljesen mast takaro fajlokat.
Mivel mindegyik letoltoszoftver automatikusan folytatja a megszakadt
letolteseket, ezert nagy a kockazata annak, hogy esetleg hasznalhatatlan
anyag jon le.
Mondanal olyan esetet, amikor erre szukseged lenne?
Kazaa-nal ugyanis mondjuk egy 600 megas filmnel eleg megadnod a legnagyobb
mereture vonatkozo letoltesi szandekod, a kovetkezokben igy jar el:
1. nap kora delutan: Urge bemegy moziba videokameraval, felveszi a Jurassic
Park 3-at, digizi es felnyomja
2 db 600 megas avi (persze divx tomorites) formaban.
1. nap ejjelen kb. 30-an elkezdik tolteni tole a cuccost. Ezek kozul 2-nek
sikerul letolteni mind a ket reszt. 19-nek azonban csak 50 mega ment at,
utana elmentek dolgozni, es majd este folytatjak.
2. nap delelott: A film exponencialis utemben terjed. Delutanra mar kb.
90.000 (kilencvenezer) helyen talalhato meg kulonbozo letoltottsegi
formaban.
Hogyan is tortenhetett ez?
A Kazaa a 600 megas film letoltesenel nem csak a 600 megas helyrol kezdi el
a letoltest, hanem megkeresi az osszes olyan helyet, ahol toredek jott le
belole es onnan is elkezdi!!!
A lenyeg az, hogy ne 100 megas fajllal kezdd, hanem a legnagyobb
megtalalhatoval.
